NickCery Services Ltd was founded by Nick Johnson in 1979 in Houston Texas USA.
The aim of the company as was initially envisaged by the founder was to render services to corporate bodies in some parts of the world.
The domains short listed at its inception were in areas such as Safety training and under water services.
In 1987 the first foreign office was opened in Panama and operations gradually expanded to cover safety for industrial workers as well.
The name of the company was changed to: NickCery International Services Plc.

NickCery Services ltd a été fondé par Nick Johnson en 1979 à Houston Texas aux Etats-Unis. Le but de la société comme a été envisagé au commencement par le fondateur, était de fournir des services aux sociétés dans certaines régions du monde.
A l’origine de sa création, les cours et numéros dans ce domaine, étaient la formation dans les secteurs de la sécurité pour les hommes des milieux sous-marins.
Au Panama en 1987, le premier bureau à l’étranger a été ouvert, aussi les opérations ont augmenté doucement pour couvrir la sûreté des ouvriers industriels. Le nom de la société a été changé et devient : NickCery International Services Sarl.
