Everything about NickCery Group excites me. The biggest challenge I face in my job is creating the right environment to grow a strong dynamic team. It all comes down to people and I enjoy working with the best in the business. I’m passionate about health and safety courses.

It’s not about legal or contractual compliance or being politically correct. It's a simple moral stance - nobody should get hurt working or doing Safety training for NickCery Group.

I joined the company in 2001 as UK Safety and Logistics coordinator for Training Services and was appointed deputy operations director for global operations in 2003.

I have worked in the oil and gas industry for over 12 years in topsides and subsurface production management with large blue chip operators and smaller contracting organisations.

I lead an executive team of 4 who oversee nearly 493 employees working in 10 countries, across Central & West Africa and some other countries in the north of Africa. We have overseen a 20% growth in the business with EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) several million dollars ahead of plan. We have a fantastic future and it’s in our own hands.
